  • Do we, the members of the Beverly Hills Church, accept Carol, Jane, and Jeanne as ruling elders, chosen by God through the voice of the congregation to lead us in the way of Jesus Christ?
  • Do we agree to pray for them, to encourage them, to respect their decisions, and to follow as they guide us, serving Jesus Christ, who alone is Head of the Church?

Charge and Blessing

Go in peace to love and serve the Lord.

Shout to the Lord

My Jesus my Saviour

Lord there is none like You

All of my days I want to praise

The wonders of Your mighty love

My comfort my shelter

Tower of refuge and strength

Let every breath all that I am

Never cease to worship You

Shout to the Lord All the earth let us sing

Power and majesty Praise to the King

Mountains bow down And the seas will roar

At the sound of Your name

I sing for joy at the work of Your hands

Forever I’ll love You Forever I’ll stand

Nothing compares to the promise I have in You

Psalm 99

1The LORD is king; let the peoples tremble!

He sits enthroned upon the cherubim; let the earth quake!

2The LORD is great in Zion;

he is exalted over all the peoples.

3Let them praise your great and awesome name.  Holy is he!

4Mighty King, lover of justice, you have established equity;

you have executed justice and righteousness in Jacob.

5Extol the LORD our God; worship at his footstool.

Holy is he!

6Moses and Aaron were among his priests,

Samuel also was among those who called on his name.

They cried to the LORD, and he answered them.

7He spoke to them in the pillar of cloud;

they kept his decrees, and the statutes that he gave them.

8O LORD our God, you answered them;

you were a forgiving God to them,

but an avenger of their wrongdoings.

9Extol the LORD our God,

and worship at his holy mountain;

for the LORD our God is holy.
